Leanne has been working closely with Watkins and Gunn for the past 12 months, helping us to develop, enhance and integrate our colleague wellbeing programme.
Leanne ran focus groups as part of a wider project in which she supported us with the creation and launch of our Wellbeing Charter. Leanne aligned her guidance and input with our firm’s values and our specific requests and focus areas.
Throughout the process of agreeing our Charter, Leanne’s approach has been unique and refreshing and her work has really transformed the way we as a firm think about wellbeing.
Leanne has provided personalised expert advice and support to colleagues at all levels of our organisation. She has delivered engaging and informative sessions on the ‘always on culture’ and ‘stress resilience’.
